1. The renter, after receiving the car, has the complete responsibility for its condition.
2. Upon receiving the car, our agency will check the car. The car will have to be in the same condition when returned to the client.
3. Driver: Minimum age of 23 years for a car.
4. Driver’s License: The Driver is required to have and display a valid Driver's License. At least 3 years ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Driver's License along with their regular Driver's License.
5. Traffic Violations - Fines: Traffic violations and fines are bore by the Renter and an additional €40 to the company.
6. Means of Payment: The Renter is required to present a valid Credit Card or cash. The rental fee is payable must be with these means.
7. In case of cancellation:
--------From 30 days or more prior to the arrival of the client, the client can have a full refund
---------For less than 29 days the client must pay all the price of the total days that will be canceled.
8. Additional Driver:
---------The First Driver is Free of Charge
---------The second is 5€/day. If it is hidden the fine is 100€
9. Fuel: The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel upon collection, in case of returning the vehicle with less fuel the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refund will be effected for vehicles returned with more fuel.
10. Accident: In case of an accident the Renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the Police and Present the Police Accident Report to the station. In case of an Accident caused by the Renter, the Renter will be charged with 30€ as Administrative Fees.
11. Insurances:
--------Insurance against third parties for material damages and bodily injuries. Bodily injuries and material damages arise from the driver's fault are not covered from the insurance.
--------The vehicles are insured with the CDW insurance, with that insurance you eliminate the cost you’ll have to pay in case something goes wrong. If anything happens, you’ll have to pay until 500€ + TAX. If the cost of the damage is bigger, the insurance company will cover the rest amount.
----------The above stand under the condition that there was no violation of the Traffic Regulation. Damages to tires, mirrors, rims and under the car, are not covered by any insurance, at any car type. Not available insurance inside boats/ferries. 12. Road assistance: Road assistance due to malfunction of vehicle if he has insurance, free of charge.
13. This vehicle is strictly prohibited without written authorization:

14. In case the vehicle is returned with dirty seats (sea stains, mud, etc.), you are responsible for the biological cleaning of them seats for €50.

Upon return, our company will inspect the vehicle. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
Minimum Age: The minimum age for car rental is 23 years old.
Driving License:
The driver must hold and present a valid driving license for at least 3 years.
Citizens outside the EU must also have a valid International Driving Permit along with their regular license.
Traffic violations and fines are the responsibility of the renter, plus an additional €40 administrative fee payable to the company.
The renter must present a valid credit card or pay in cash. Rental payment must be completed using one of these methods.
Up to 30 days or more before the customer’s arrival: The deposit is refunded (bank transfer fees are charged to the customer).
Less than 29 days before arrival: The customer must pay the full amount for all cancelled rental days.

Damage to tires, mirrors, rims, and the underside of the vehicle is not covered by any insurance, regardless of vehicle type.

For cancellations less than 29 days before arrival, the customer must pay the full amount of the total rental days cancelled.
The first driver is free of charge.
The second driver is charged €5/day. If not declared, a penalty of €100 applies.
In case of an accident caused by the renter’s fault, a €30 administrative fee will be charged.
Third-party liability insurance for material damages and bodily injuries. Bodily injuries and material damages caused by the driver’s fault are not covered by insurance.
Vehicles are insured with basic insurance coverage.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Available with extra charge. With this insurance, the maximum amount payable in case of damage is limited up to €500 + VAT. If the damage cost exceeds this amount, the insurance company covers the remaining balance.

Damages to tires, mirrors, rims, and the underside of the vehicle are not covered by any insurance, regardless of vehicle type.
