1. The renter, after receiving the car, has the complete responsibility for its condition.
2. Upon receiving the car, our agency will check the car. The car will have to be in the same condition when returned to the client.
3. Driver: Minimum age of 23 years for a car.
4. Driver’s License: The Driver is required to have and display a valid Driver's License. At least two years ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Driver's License along with their regular Driver's License.
5. Traffic Violations - Fines: Traffic violations and fines are bore by the Renter and an additional €40 to the company.
6. Means of Payment: The Renter is required to present a valid Credit Card or cash. The rental fee is payable must be with these means.
7. In case of cancellation:
--------From 21 days or more prior to the arrival of the client, then the deposit is returned to the client (any transfer expenses are paid by the client).
---------For less than 21 days the client must pay half the price of the total days that will be canceled.
