DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year from the country of residence or an international Driving Permit is required.
MINIMUM RENTAL: One (1) day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines resulting from violation of the Greek traffic law are for renterʼs account.
DEPOSITS: To rend a car requires a credit card, even if the renter finally pays with cash.
INSURANCE: All vehicles at Skopelostours car rental are insured:
against liability to third parties (excluding driver and passengers) for death, injury up to 478,357 euro.
material damages to third parties (excluding the vehicle at Skopelostours car rental) up to 100,00 euro.
for fire for the vehicle from Skopelostours car rental.
the driver, however, is responsible for collision damage to the rented vehicle from Thomas car rental up to its value.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (C.D.W.): The driver can limit his responsibility for his legal share in any damage of the vehicle (as mentioned in the above paragraph 6.4) to 500 euro for the categories A, B, C and D provided also that the traffic laws were not contravened. Damages to tires, windshield, mirrors, windows and underneath the vehicle is not covered by the C.D.W. insurance cover.
TAXES: All rates are subject to 23% VAT.
GASOLINE: The consumption is payable by the renter unleaded type fuel is to be used for vehicles rented from Thomas car rental.
EQUIPMENT: Baby / child (up to 3 years old) seat, on request.
FERRYING THE CAR: An advanced written authorization form Skopelostours car rental is required.
Cancellations/refund : For cancellations 14 days before the reservation, full refund
For cancellations 7 days before 50% of the deposit
From 6 days or less before the delivery date no refund
