    Rental Terms

    RESERVATION: All reservations are made based on the vehicle category, not for a specific model. In case of non-availability of a vehicle in the category pre-selected by the customer, always with reference to a confirmed reservation, U-Deal Rent a Car reserves the right to provide to the customer a higher category car, at no extra charge for the customer.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Free of charge 48 hours before

     
    DRIVER AGE: 23 years old is the minimum age requirement for using our cars . Maximum age limit is 75.
    Minimum time of holding a driving license: 1 year.



    DRIVER LICENSE: Production of a valid license for driving in the Greek territory and the E.U., issued at least 1 year prior to the rental’s starting date, is required. Citizens of countries outside the E.U. are required to be in possession of a valid international driving license, along with producing the national driving license.

    Only authorised and listed in the contract drivers have the permission to drive the rented vehicle.

    TRAFFIC TICKETS: All penalties and fines caused by infringement of Road Circulation Code will be paid by the driver.

    PICK UP AND DROP-OFF: We offer free pick up and drop off for our customers staying around Kos town (e.g Lampi, Psalidi, Agios Fokas, Port, Marina)

    Out of Kos Town there is a fee of:
    Marmari & Tigaki : 10€
    Kos Airport: 20€

    ADDITIONAL DRIVER: First additional driver is free. The maximum number of drivers is set at 2 persons.

    CHILD SEAT: FREE upon request. Baby seat and boosters are provided on request and free of charge and should be returned in the same condition as given. For any damage you will be charge accordingly.

    WET CAR SEAT: We have the right to charge the renter 1 extra renting day and car wash, if the driver's or other passenger's seat found wet from bathing suits. The renter is obliged to retain the seats and the interior of the car in perfect condition.

    FUEL POLICY: All of our cars use gasoline and we provide all our cars with full tank and the customer is obligated to return the car back with a full tank.

    MILEAGE: Free mileage.

    ACCIDENT: In case of an accident, the customer is charged with 20€ for the accident file administration costs.

    ROAD ASSISTANCE: U-Deal Rent A Car cars are covered by 24hours road assistance.

    TRANSPORTATION AND DRIVING OF THE CAR TO OUT OF THE ISLAND: Vehicles are not permitted to be taken out of Kos Island.

    KEY LOSS: In case the key is lost, you will be charged 150 euros.

    SMOKING INSIDE THE CAR: Smoking is not allowed inside any of our cars:

    CREDIT CARD: To rent a car from us you don’t need a credit card guarantee. We don’t reserve any amount to your credit card, we don’t want any amount as a guarantee. You just pay the renting amount.

    EARLY RETURN: If you return the car earlier than your initial reservation booking, no amount can be returned.

    INSURANCE POLICY: Full insurance is included in the price with an excess of 500 euros. Full insurance covers every exterior and mechanical part of your vehicle in the event of an accident and after the first 500€.

    *Full Damage Waiver does not cover damages caused by infringement of the traffic law, damages to tires, broken glasses, mirrors or key, car parts underneath the car and inside the cabin.

    NO INSURANCE COVER:

    1. Any mishappening resulting from alcohol or drug abuse.

    2. Damaged caused to the vehicle because of off road driving.

    3. Theft or damage of any personal belongings while in the rental car.

    CHILD SEAT: FREE upon request. Baby seat and boosters are provided on request and free of charge and should be returned in the same condition as given. For any damage you will be charge accordingly.

    WET CAR SEAT: We have the right to charge the renter 1 extra renting day and car wash, if the driver's or other passenger's seat found wet from bathing suits. The renter is obliged to retain the seats and the interior of the car in perfect condition.

    FUEL POLICY: All of our cars use gasoline and we provide all our cars with full tank and the customer is obligated to return the car back with a full tank.

    MILEAGE: Free mileage.

    ACCIDENT: In case of an accident, the customer is charged with 20€ for the accident file administration costs.

    ROAD ASSISTANCE: U-Deal Rent A Car cars are covered by 24hours road assistance.

    TRANSPORTATION AND DRIVING OF THE CAR TO OUT OF THE ISLAND: Vehicles are not permitted to be taken out of Kos Island.

    KEY LOSS: In case the key is lost, you will be charged 150 euros.

    SMOKING INSIDE THE CAR: Smoking is not allowed inside any of our cars:

    CREDIT CARD: To rent a car from us you don’t need a credit card guarantee. We don’t reserve any amount to your credit card, we don’t want any amount as a guarantee. You just pay the renting amount.

    EARLY RETURN: If you return the car earlier than your initial reservation booking, no amount can be returned.

    INSURANCE POLICY: Full insurance is included in the price with an excess of 500 euros. Full insurance covers every exterior and mechanical part of your vehicle in the event of an accident and after the first 500€.

    *Full Damage Waiver does not cover damages caused by infringement of the traffic law, damages to tires, broken glasses, mirrors or key, car parts underneath the car and inside the cabin.

    NO INSURANCE COVER:

    1. Any mishappening resulting from alcohol or drug abuse.

    2. Damaged caused to the vehicle because of off road driving.

    3. Theft or damage of any personal belongings while in the rental car.
