Rental Terms
Reservation
All reservations are based on vehicle groups and not on a specific car model. We strive to assign the chosen car model to each reservation, but in case the selected model is unavailable, our company reserves the right to offer a similar or larger model. The similar model will be a vehicle belonging to the same (or larger) category group as the chosen model. Additionally, our company reserves the right to provide an upgrade to a larger category group at no extra charge (Free Upgrade).
Driver's Age
You can rent a car from our company as long as you have a valid driver's license and are 21 years old. We are a company that has all our cars covered by insurance.
Driver's License
We accept a valid driver's license from any country. All you need is to bring your driver's license or international driving permit with you.
Reservation Confirmation Deposit
A deposit (prepayment) is required to make a reservation for your car online. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival in cash or with any type of card.
Payment Method
There are three available payment methods. You can pay with a credit card for the reservation or PayPal. Alternatively, you can pay in cash or with any card upon arrival. We accept all types of cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Amex, Diners).
Security Deposit
Upon pickup, the main driver will leave a refundable security deposit on their credit card. Cash and debit cards are also accepted. Our staff will inform you of the amount based on the insurance coverage you choose.
Accepted Cards
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners. Note: Cards must be either debit or credit, and their numbers should be visible as they will be requested by the bank for the release process.
Minimum Rental Days
The minimum rental days are 2 days in the off-season (April, May, September) and 3 days during the high season (June, July, August). If the renter wishes to keep the rented vehicle for more than the agreed period, the renter must contact us to modify the rental agreement and be informed about any additional charges that may apply. Additional charges will be applied if the renter returns the vehicle later than the agreed-upon period.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
All our vehicles come with 24/7 roadside assistance.
Fuel Policy
The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered. If the renter returns the vehicle with less fuel, additional charges will apply. There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel than at the time of car rental delivery.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage is included in the price.
Child Seats
We offer 3 different types of seats to meet your various needs:
Baby Seat (0 - 2 years)
Child Seat (2 - 5 years)
Booster Seat (5 - 10 years)
Child seats are available upon request.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must accept the same terms and conditions as the main driver.
VAT & Taxes
Our prices are final and include VAT and all taxes. No hidden charges.
Vehicle Delivery and Collection
We can deliver and collect the rental vehicle even after hours (20:00 - 08:00). The additional cost (night fee) for this service is 25.00 € per delivery or collection.
Traffic Violations, Traffic Fines, and Administrative Sanctions
The renter is responsible for paying all traffic fines and related administrative sanctions that may arise from any violation of Greek traffic law during the rental period. Please note that you will be responsible for settling any fines (illegal parking, speeding violations, etc.).
Reservation Cancellation
Full refund if canceled 20 days before the reservation.
Vehicle Return Time
After 10:30 AM, an additional day charge will apply.
Cleaning
The vehicle must be returned as clean as when it was received.
Reservation Modification
No time limit - depends on availability.
No-Show
If the renter does not pick up the vehicle on the agreed day and time without prior written notice, our company has the right to cancel the reservation. This term does not apply to flight delays or ship delays, provided that you informed us of your flight/ship number.
Traffic Accident
In case of a road accident, you must inform our company immediately and the police. The police will record the accident, and you should obtain a copy of the police report.
IMPORTANT: No insurance coverage applies if our company is not informed of the accident at the exact time it occurred.
Vehicle Transfer
The transfer of the vehicle is not allowed without the prior written authorization of the company.
