For rent with extra security (CDW 350, CDW 550, CDW 650) the renter is obligated to pay the amount of money and the rest is covered by insurance! 4. All vehicles have roadside assistance 24/7 with the exception of the immobilization of the vehicle from fuel (petrol) in which there is a charge of 30 euro for the service plus 3 euro per liter of gasoline that we will bring. 5. All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented, so the renter must take photographs of the vehicle before departure. 6. It is explicitly forbidden to drive vehicles off asphalt roads as well as on beaches. 7. Violations of the Highway Code concern the renter and must be paid by him! Otherwise, Sakatis Rentals has the right to charge the card used in the booking to pay the fines plus their surcharges for a period of 6 months. 8. It is forbidden to transport a vehicle to another island! 9. It is forbidden to drive under the influence of alcohol. 10. All drivers must comply with the Highway Code. 11. All vehicles are for use by up to 2 people. In case the opposite is found, the company can request the termination of the contract without refund and penalty of 200 euro for any damage caused. 12. Up to two helmets are included with the rental of the vehicle. 13. In case of loss of the helmet the charge is 50.00 euros per helmet. 14. After your online booking the company Sakatis Rentals charges 20% of the total amount as a deposit, you will be charged for the remaining amount in the store! The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your booking. 15. In case of non-cancellation or non-appearance at the store for your reservation the charge will be made normally. 16. In case of lost keys the chargement is 100,00 euro. 17. The hole rental has to be prepaid.
