The minimum age to rent a car in Paros from Sakatis Rentals is 23 years. For ATVs and Scooters, the driver must be at least 18 years old and have the proper category of driving licenses.

National driving licenses issued in E.U., United Kingdom, North Ireland, USA, Canada, & Australia are accepted.
Citizens of all other countries must have a valid International Driver’s License along with their National Driver’s License.

The advance payment can be made online through our website using credit, debit, or prepaid cards.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover.
All card payments are processed securely through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. The platform uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer—SSL). This ensures that all information is coded until it reaches its recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.
Alternatively, the advance amount can be deposited into our bank account.
Booking Options You may choose one of the following payment options when making your reservation:
Standard Reservation (30% Deposit): A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable provided that you submit a cancellation notice by email and receive our confirmation at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Full Prepayment (10% Discount): If you choose to pay the full rental amount upfront at the time of booking, you are eligible for a 10% discount. Please note that in this case, the reservation is non-refundable for any reason.
Balance Payment
If you have opted for the 30% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid upon vehicle pick-up. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards for the final settlement.
Traffic fines or other administrative sanctions
The renter must pay traffic fines or any administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law. The renter can pay the fines in cash or with a credit card. If any fine becomes required after the rental period, our company will charge the renter’s credit card the amount of the fine.
If the police or other authority removes the registration plates during the rental, the renter must compensate our company immediately. The compensation amount will be calculated by multiplying the total number of days that the vehicle will be without registration plates by the per-day rental price from the current season.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you have to send a cancellation notice email and receive an answer that we received your cancellation notice.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit is 100% refunded.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) within the last 14 days before arrival, the deposit is NOT refundable.
If the renter does not meet the rental conditions (driving license, age, credit card), our company is not responsible and has the option to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit.
It is noted that our company is not responsible for cancellations or ship or plane delays. In any such case, the renter must inform the company in time of any modification or change of his reservation.
No Show
The deposit is NOT refunded if the renter does not show up on the agreed day and time at the agreed location to pick up the vehicle without having previously informed the company to modify the reservation.
Fuel Policy
The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered. If the return fuel level is less he will be charged the difference. If the return fuel level is more there is no money return.

What is not covered by any insurance
Damages caused by a driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Damages caused by an unauthorized driver.
Damages in the interior of the vehicle
Damages that were caused because the vehicle was illegally parked
Damages due to traffic law violation.
Damages due to inappropriate driving, negligence, or intentional.
Damages to the engine by wrong fuel or negligence.
Damages were caused because the vehicle was used off-road or on inappropriate roads (e.g., unpaved roads, dirt roads, beaches).
Damages that were caused after the agreed return time.
Damage to the mirrors.
Damages or loss of tires, rims, and hubcaps.
Damages to the underside of the vehicle.
Damages or loss of the antenna
Damages caused willfully or recklessly by the renter, e.g. (burning out the clutch, burning out the tires, sitting or standing on the bonnet, or the roof or the boot lid of the vehicle, etc.)
If the renter at the time of the accident does not notify our company and the police

Loss, damage, or theft of vehicle keys

Additional Cleaning Fee
It is applied if, upon its return, the vehicle needs cleaning beyond the usual. The biological cleaning fee is 100€. In cases where we need to clean only one seat or a children’s seat and not all the seats, all the interior, the charge is 35€.
Ferrying the car
It is not allowed for vehicles to enter any ferry or boat
Important Info
At the rental point, you will sign a rental agreement before you get the key. It is important that you read the agreement carefully. If anything is unclear, discuss it with the staff before signing.
Sakatis Rentals reserves the right to refuse you a vehicle if, in the opinion of the staff, the driver is unfit to drive or any member of the group is violent, threatening, or in any way endangering the health and safety of other people. In such event, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
Before you leave, you must check the vehicle and make sure you report any damage to the staff (to serve you better, it’s a good idea to take pictures or video of the vehicle)
Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
Our company has the right to cancel the rental agreement without any consequences if the renter is considered harmful to the company’s interests or violates either the traffic laws or the rental terms.

If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit is 100% refunded.

If the police or other authority removes the registration plates during the rental, the renter must compensate our company immediately. The compensation amount will be calculated by multiplying the total number of days that the vehicle will be without registration plates by the per-day rental price from the current season.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you have to send a cancellation notice email and receive an answer that we received your cancellation notice.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit is 100% refunded.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) within the last 14 days before arrival, the deposit is NOT refundable.

The renter must pay traffic fines or any administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law. The renter can pay the fines in cash or with a credit card. If any fine becomes required after the rental period, our company will charge the renter’s credit card the amount of the fine.
If the police or other authority removes the registration plates during the rental, the renter must compensate our company immediately. The compensation amount will be calculated by multiplying the total number of days that the vehicle will be without registration plates by the per-day rental price from the current season.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you have to send a cancellation notice email and receive an answer that we received your cancellation notice.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit is 100% refunded.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) within the last 14 days before arrival, the deposit is NOT refundable.
If the renter does not meet the rental conditions (driving license, age, credit card), our company is not responsible and has the option to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit.
It is noted that our company is not responsible for cancellations or ship or plane delays. In any such case, the renter must inform the company in time of any modification or change of his reservation.
No Show

If the renter at the time of the accident does not notify our company and the police
Loss of personal items
Loss, damage, or theft of vehicle keys
Loss or damage of child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, petrol cap,top box or any accessories which are provided by the rental company.
All vehicles are for use by up to 2 people. In case the opposite is found, the company can request the termination of the contract without refund and penalty of 200 euro for any damage caused.
In case of loss of the helmet the charge is 50.00 euros per helmet
Additional Cleaning Fee
It is applied if, upon its return, the vehicle needs cleaning beyond the usual. The biological cleaning fee is 100€. In cases where we need to clean only one seat or a children’s seat and not all the seats, all the interior, the charge is 35€.
Ferrying the car
It is not allowed for vehicles to enter any ferry or boat

At the rental point, you will sign a rental agreement before you get the key. It is important that you read the agreement carefully. If anything is unclear, discuss it with the staff before signing.
Sakatis Rentals reserves the right to refuse you a vehicle if, in the opinion of the staff, the driver is unfit to drive or any member of the group is violent, threatening, or in any way endangering the health and safety of other people. In such event, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
Before you leave, you must check the vehicle and make sure you report any damage to the staff (to serve you better, it’s a good idea to take pictures or video of the vehicle)
Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
Our company has the right to cancel the rental agreement without any consequences if the renter is considered harmful to the company’s interests or violates either the traffic laws or the rental terms.

Driver’s age
The minimum age to rent a car in Paros from Sakatis Rentals is 23 years. For ATVs and Scooters, the driver must be at least 18 years old and have the proper category of driving licenses.
Driver’s License
National driving licenses issued in E.U., United Kingdom, North Ireland, USA, Canada, & Australia are accepted.
Citizens of all other countries must have a valid International Driver’s License along with their National Driver’s License.
Payment & Booking Policy
Advance Payment & Methods
The advance payment can be made online through our website using credit, debit, or prepaid cards.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover.
All card payments are processed securely through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. The platform uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer—SSL). This ensures that all information is coded until it reaches its recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.
Alternatively, the advance amount can be deposited into our bank account.
Booking Options You may choose one of the following payment options when making your reservation:
Standard Reservation (30% Deposit): A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable provided that you submit a cancellation notice by email and receive our confirmation at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Full Prepayment (10% Discount): If you choose to pay the full rental amount upfront at the time of booking, you are eligible for a 10% discount. Please note that in this case, the reservation is non-refundable for any reason.
Balance Payment
If you have opted for the 30% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid upon vehicle pick-up. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards for the final settlement.
Traffic fines or other administrative sanctions
The renter must pay traffic fines or any administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law. The renter can pay the fines in cash or with a credit card. If any fine becomes required after the rental period, our company will charge the renter’s credit card the amount of the fine.
If the police or other authority removes the registration plates during the rental, the renter must compensate our company immediately. The compensation amount will be calculated by multiplying the total number of days that the vehicle will be without registration plates by the per-day rental price from the current season.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you have to send a cancellation notice email and receive an answer that we received your cancellation notice.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit is 100% refunded.
If the reservation is canceled (for any reason) within the last 14 days before arrival, the deposit is NOT refundable.
If the renter does not meet the rental conditions (driving license, age, credit card), our company is not responsible and has the option to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit.
It is noted that our company is not responsible for cancellations or ship or plane delays. In any such case, the renter must inform the company in time of any modification or change of his reservation.
No Show
The deposit is NOT refunded if the renter does not show up on the agreed day and time at the agreed location to pick up the vehicle without having previously informed the company to modify the reservation.
Fuel Policy
The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered. If the return fuel level is less he will be charged the difference. If the return fuel level is more there is no money return.
All vehicles have roadside assistance 12/7 with the exception of the immobilization of the vehicle from fuel (petrol) in which there is a charge of 30 euro for the service plus 3 euro per liter of gasoline that we will bring.

What is not covered by any insurance
Damages caused by a driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol
