Driver Age: Minimum age for category AM 18 years, for category A, B 23 years and for Class C, D, E, F 25 years.
Driving license: The driver must have European or international driving license for the corresponding category motorcycle, be valid and have been issued in the country of residence of the rental at least one year before the rental date.
Please note: If you are not European citizen you need to have International Driving Permit
Rental Duration : Minimum rental period one day (24 hours). Delayed more than two hours is charged extra rental day.
Insurance: All rental prices include simple liability insurance. The renter is liable for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to rented motorcycle up to the amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident / theft. The renter paid the amount corresponding to the motorcycle of Ride4Fun damaged, regardless of fault and the amount paid is refunded when and as long as the Ride4Fun compensated.
Theft Security: Applies only after agreement at an extra cost. All motorcycle are equipped with a steering lock and extra security padlock.
CAUTION: No Insurance Coverage Not Applicable:
a. If anything happens and found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
b. For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
c. For damages caused to the bottom of the bike, the tires and rims.
d. For accidents caused by a driver not declared in the lease contract.
e. Accidents for which the renter has not informed the station Ride4Fun and submit / submit an accident report, as defined by the Greek legislation, regardless of fault.
Amounts relating to the damage or loss of the motorcycle is paid directly by the renter even if he is insured by debit / credit card. In this case, the renter is obliged to pay to Ride4Fun entire cost of repair or replacement of the motorcycle.

(CDW): By paying an extra amount of 7 € per day the renter is able to avoid compensation up to 250 € (Cat.A) that can cause the motorcycle on his own responsibility. Excluding losses caused to the bottom of the bike, the tires, rims and exhaust.
Fuel: Fuel cost is borne exclusively by the renter. The renter is obliged to return the bike to the tank contents to be like when received.
Breakdown: Free roadside assistance throughout the island of Rhodes during the shop opening hours. Tires and rims on the motorcycle are the burden on the renter.
Warranty: For categories A, B minimum guarantee threshold of 100 € or a credit card. For categories C, D etc. The rental of a motorcycle is only possible with credit card guarantee.
Payment: The rental of the motorcycle is paid by cash, bank transfer or credit card Visa and Mastercard with a 3% extra charge of banking commission.
Reservations: For booking a motorcycle a 30% deposit is required in cash or credit card.
Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable.
Traffic Violations - Fines: All fines and administrative penalties charged to the tenant.
Kilometers: Unlimited kilometers
Helmet: It is offered a free helmet to the renter.
Taxes: All prices are subject to VAT, as determined by the state.
The renter may not use the vehicle for racing, wheelies or walks on the sand.
The renter must lock the vehicle whenever it is left unattended.
The vehicle may be driven only by the driver and by the persons referred to in this lease agreement.
The renter is not allowed to take the vehicle out of range.
The renter must return the vehicle will return the vehicle to the company in the same good condition as he received it.
In case of mechanical damage the tenant must immediately inform the rental company.
In an accident, the renter is obliged within 24 hours to declare the incident, otherwise immediately become solely responsible for any damage caused.
The renter explicitly agrees that Ride4Fun company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage suffered by the lessee or third parties during the rental period and no claim can be raised against the company for the above reasons. In special cases, Ride4Fun retains the right to replace every motorcycle type with another of the same category or superior.
