We have a Easy and Secure Online Reservation System that the customer can Book his Car Online.
The customer can pay with Credit Card or Cash on delivery with the delivery of the car.
Online booking system
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi e-Commerce" and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
Payment options:
- Through credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover cards
- Uusing the Masterpass electronic wallet.
Extending/Cancelling
30% deposit and 21 days before arrival refund of the deposit.
We strongly suggest all drivers to notify our office at least 5 days ahead of the current rental start/end date, for their intent to cease the agreement, so that we may inform you of any potential surcharges that may be incurred.
Availability
Pqs rent a car reserves the right to change car model in exceptional cases.
Fuel : Is paid by the renter.
Ferrying the car it is not permitted.
Pqs Rent a Car RENTAL SERVICES INSURANCE & COVERAGES
For Full Insurance you need to purchase it at the time of booking and το show it in the booking Voucher..
Insurance do not cover
• Damage caused intentionally or by negligence.
• Incorrect use of fuel.
• Damage caused driving under influence of alchohol or drugs.
• The car on board ship
• Damages caused by driving on non asphalt coated roads ( off-roads )
• Negligence regarding unsupervised vehicle or keys left in the ignition violate Theft Protection insurance.
• Theft or damages of any personal belongings.
TYRES & CAR WINDOWS
Insurance against damages on all car windows, tyres and lower part of the car are covered by Pqs Rent a Car .
NATURAL CAUSES
100% insurance against natural causes.
