    GENERAL CONDITIONS

    1. THE PRICE INCLUDE: Maintenance, oils, fertilization, road charts.

    2. AUTHORIZATION OF CONTROL: Minimal limit of age the 23rd years. The driver should possess authorization at least on a (1) year.

    3. FINES: The all fines and administrative prices overload the tenant.

    4. INSURANCE: In the price of hires included insurance to third person.

    5. COVER OF NOT SECURED SUMS: The renter is released from responsibility for any damage to the vehicle if he accepts the charge of Collision. Damage. Waiver. (C.D.W) which stipulates to be paid additionally for each day of rental 7 euros. The cost of the excess amount is 750 euros. Damage to tires, windows and damage to the bottom of the car are not covered by any insurance.

    6. FUELS: The all vehicles should be returned with the same quantity of fuels at the renting. In opposite case the difference overloads the lessee.

    7. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: Available provided children’s seat with extra charge.

    8. IS PROHIBITED THE EMBARKATION: The vehicles in boat without the written approval of enterprise.

    9. READJUSTMENT OF PRICE: The terms and the prices can be modified without warning after relative approval of GREEK TOURIST ORGANIZATION. Prices are overloaded with VAT 17%.

    Our Car Hire and Motorbike Rental company was started over 25 years ago by my father, Kostas.
    His philosophy was to provide holiday makers with a friendly service, quality rental cars and value for money car rental. Sadly Kostas is no longer with us but his legacy, Pegasus Rentals continues to provide holiday makers with the same level of car and bike rental service as it always has.
