Insurance note:
The daily rate includes Third Party Insurance. That means that in case of a damage of your responsibility, you pay only the damage of your car. All the rest is paid by the insurance. By our experience, it is enough for Naxos because of the good roads, the low speed limit and the safety on our island. As an option there is CDW for renters more than 30 years old. It costs an extra 10* euros per day with an excess of 650* euros (plus VAT) in case of damage to your responsibility. All the rest is paid by the insurance.
These options we have from our insurance company, the best in Greece. There is no insurance coverage if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or in case of traffic rules violation (speed limit, ticket etc). Damages to tires, wheels, windscreens, mirrors, interior space and underneath the car are not covered by any insurance.
TIP: Many renters already have their own travel insurance, for example in their credit cards, for their rental cars.
*The prices are for the small cars, like Ch.Spark, Hyundai i10, K.Picanto, Fiat Punto, Chevrolet Aveo, Fiat 500, Peugeot 108 and Peugeot 208.
For other cars is 15e/d with an excess of 850e (plus VAT).
Delivery & collection service: The delivery and collection at the port or airport or lodging of Naxos (within 8km) is an extra 20 euros, because of the traffic jam and because two drivers and an extra vehicle are needed. Our office is located in Naxos Town (about 15-20 minutes from the port on foot), if you wish to avoid this extra service.
Delivery is available from 09.00 in the morning until 20.00 in the evening.
Delivery and collection may change according to the location of your preference.
Charge policy: The charge is based upon calendar days. That happens because the car is reserved for you from 09.00 in the morning in order you to have it the time you wish. So, the whole day is charged. On the other hand, you can return it until 20.30 in the night or the next morning at 07.00-09.00 in the morning. Until 09.00 in the morning, you will not pay anything for that day. But after this time the whole day is charged, because most reservations are early in the morning and we need some time to clean the car and prepare it properly for the next customer. If you stay close to Naxos Town, we can come early in the morning and pick it up from your lodging.

PENALTIES AND FINES: Fines and other administrative offenses are borne exclusively and in full by the renter.
Fuel policy: Unleaded 95 is the fuel that the renter must use. The renter must deliver the car with the same amount of fuel as it is received. In case the vehicle is returned with a lower level of fuel than the one it received, the renter must pay the difference.
Rental policy: The prices include local taxes, VAT, area map, unlimited kilometers, 24h road assistance, Third Party Insurance, fire insurance and theft protection. The kid’s seat (one) and second driver are for free. The driver must be 25 - 75 years old. A valid driving license and a valid credit card (Mastercard, VISA or Maestro - debit or prepaid cards are not acceptable for the guarantee of the car) in the name of driver or other passenger are necessary. The payment could be in cash (euros), debit or credit card.
