1)Age of drivers: Over 23 years old.
2)Driver’s license: Must be valid for at least 1 year. For some countries
which are not members of the European Union, the international driving
license is mandatory.
3)Guarantee: The use of credit card is necessary as a guarantee for the
car rental but no ammount of money is blocked or precharged.We accept visa or mastercard.
4)Payment: Possibility of payment by card or cash upon receipt. Prices
include all taxes.
5)Insurance: Third party insurance is included.
Also, we offer extra insurance coverage, CDW (collision damage waiver),
at extra cost. With this insurance when the hirer is at fault, the cost of
damage can be minimized.
6)Insurance exceptions: The insurance does not apply when the driver is
under the influence of alcohol, hallucinogens or drugs. when the driver
violates the code of traffic rules and driving regulations. when the driver
leads to an unsafe or inaccessible and dangerous road (swampy area,
rocky, dirt roads or areas with holes, sandy beaches e.t.c.). Also, the
insurance policy does not cover damages of windows, mirrors,
windshield, the under part of the car, the upholster of the car, or the
convertible hood, wheels, burst tyres, lost keys or damaged keys and car
locks, damage due to negligence, battery failure due to negligence of
turning off lights. In order to be covered by the insurance for any
damage the renter is obliged to have an official copy of the police report.
7)In case of accident or any mechanical or other problem, you must call
our office immediately.
8)Traffic fines and infringements: All fines are paid by the responsible
renter of each vehicle.
9)Parking: Allowed in special parking areas and not on central streets.
10)Drop off vehicle: The renter is obliged to return the vehicle on the
agreed day, time and place as stated in the contract. The car should be
in the same condition as it is delivered inside and out.
Rental prices are based upon calendar days.That means returning the car after 10.00 a.m will count towards an additional rental day.
11)Penalty fees: For extreme litter, or dirt, or sand, or salt traces, or
other stains in the car’s interior.
12)Gasoline: The quantity of gasoline should be returned the same as
the quantity of delivery. There is no compensation for gasoline that was
not consumed.
13)Renting out of the island is allowed only with the written consent of
our agency.
14)The vehicle is not allowed to be used for illegal transportation of
refugees or foreigners or to commit any other illegal acts.
15)Passengers should not exceed the proper number of persons that is
written on the registration certificate of the car.
16)The car is prohibited from being used to carry heavy luggage,
flammable materials, contaminated or smelly objects, oily or other
things that could stain the car, drugs or illegal stuff.
17)The car is not allowed to transport people or other stuff for a fee.
18)The car is not allowed to participate or follow any speed racing.
19)The car must only be used by the responsible driver or the additional
driver who has agreed and signed the rental contract.
20)The car is not allowed to be driven if the renter or the additional
driver of the car is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, barbiturates,
hallucinogens, or any other dangerous substances.
21)Any repair of the car is not allowed without the prior approval of our
agency.
22)Pets are allowed only after the unanimous agreement with our
agency.
23)The company reserves the right to regain possession and use of the
car, with no refund, at any time, without notice and without the consent
of the renter, ,in case there is risk or danger of damage or loss, or not
obeying with the above rules.
24)Cancellation policy: Free cancellation in case you inform us 21 days
before your arrival date. The total amount of the deposit is returned in
full.
In case of returning the car (you have already rented) before the
agreed /date as signed in the contract, the company keeps the right not
to refund.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
After your reservation you will be charged the 100% of the total amount.
In case of Non-Show or Cancellation at the day of your arrival all amount will be charged.
Please note that any deposit is not refundable. Please note that you will need to pay via our official "Alpha Bank" payment page. After you will successfully submit your personal details, you will be redirected to the payment page of the "Alpha Bank" and you will need to deposit successfully the required amount of the reservation in order for your reservation to be guaranteed.
