Welcome to Moto Art.
By renting a scooter, ATV, motorcycle, or any other vehicle from our company, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Driver Requirements
Drivers must hold a valid driving license recognized in Greece and the European Union.
Drivers license must be valid for at least a year.
A valid motorcycle license is required to rent scooters, while a standard car driver's license is required for cars/ATVs.
Car licenses are not sufficient for scooter rentals.
The license must be written in latin characters. Otherwise, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is necessary.
Minimum driver age requirements:
All Vehicles: 23 years
The renter must present a valid passport or ID card upon vehicle pickup.
A Credit card is required for the rental of any vehicle as a guarantee. No rentals will be processed without a valid credit card.
Rental Period
The minimum rental period is two (2) days.
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date and time stated in the rental agreement.
Delays of more than one hour from the scheduled return time wil be charged as an additional rental day.
Vehicle Use
The renter agrees:
To use the vehicle carefully and responsibly.
Not to drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances.
Not to participate in races, competitions, or illegal activities.
Not to allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.
Not to drive the vehicle off-road or on unsuitable terrain unless specifically permitted.
Insurance
All vehicles include basic insurance coverage according to Greek law.
Insurance does not cover:
Damage caused by negligence or reckless driving
Tire damage
Damage to the underside of the vehicle
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Loss of keys or documents
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.
Missing fuel will be charged accordingly.
Traffic Violations & Fines
The renter is fully responsible for:
Traffic violations
Parking fines
Police penalties
Administrative sanctions during the rental period
Accidents & Damage
In case of accident or damage, the renter must:
Inform Moto Art immediately
Contact the local police if required
Not leave the scene before completing all legal procedures
Failure to follow these procedures may void insurance coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival may receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to charges.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Delivery & Collection
Moto Art may offer vehicle delivery and collection services within Naxos Island, subject to availability and prior agreement.
Liability
Moto Art is not responsible for:
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
Injuries caused by misuse of the vehicle
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Naxos, Greece.
