A1 category license (held for at least 1 year), or
B category license with code “121” (held for at least 6 years and over 27 years old).
For larger motorcycles:
A2 or A category motorcycle license (held for at least 2 years).
For ATVs (Quads):
At least a B category driving license (held for at least 2 years).
Note: A physical copy of your driver’s license and ID card or passport must be presented upon pick-up (digital versions via apps such as Gov.gr Wallet are not accepted).
3. Rental Period:
Minimum rental duration
**for scooters: 1 day (24 hours).
**for quads : 11 hours
There is no maximum rental period.
4. Insurance:
All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance:
Third-party bodily injury coverage
Third-party property damage coverage
5. Traffic Violations and Fines:
The renter is obliged to comply with the Traffic Code.
Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
6. Payment:
A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid upon vehicle pick-up by credit/debit card, cash, or bank transfer.
7. Restrictions:
The following are strictly prohibited:
Using the vehicle outside the areas indicated by our office
Off-road driving (beaches, rough trails).
Dangerous or reckless driving.
Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.
Subletting the vehicle to third parties.
Transporting people or goods for a fee.
Towing other vehicles or objects.
Participating in or attending racing events.
9. Road Safety:
Each rental includes :
Free helmet for both driver and passenger.
Basic third-party insurance coverage.
Road assistance in case of mechanical failure.
Specialized staff available for full technical support of scooters and ATVs.
10. Vehicle Refueling:
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
If there is a difference in fuel levels upon return, an additional fuel charge will apply.
11. Damages and Responsibility:
In case of damage or theft (partial or total) of the vehicle during the rental period, the renter and any authorized drivers are fully responsible for all associated costs.

12. Road Assistance:
Free roadside assistance is available in case of mechanical issueswithin the AREA LIMITS that our office has indicated .
13. Rental Extension:
If you wish to extend your rental period, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the end of the current rental.
Extensions are subject to availability based on our booking schedule.

14. Late Return:
If the vehicle is returned more than 30 minutes past the agreed time without prior notice, an extra day’s rental fee will apply.
15. Booking Cancellation – Refund Policy:
Depending on the cancellation timing:
Cancellation up to 7 days before: full refund.
Cancellation between 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to rental start: no refund.
16. Rental Contract Cancellation:
The rental company reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement if misuse of the vehicle or violation of any terms outlined in the Private Rental Agreement is identified.
