“Icarian Way Rental Services SA” Terms and Conditions

Drivers age
Minimum 21 years old for car groups A,B,C and a valid credit card for guarantee deposit of 500 €

Minimum 23 years old for car groups D, E and a valid credit card for guarantee deposit of 500 €

Drivers licence
A valid driving licence held at least one year is required for car groups A,B,C

A valid driving licence held at least one year is required for car groups D, E

Payments
In cash or via credit card.
Online Reservations
We have a Easy and Secure Online Reservation System that the customer can Book his/her Car Online.
The customer must pay the 30% of the total rental price with Credit Card or Bank Transfer (without transfer expenses for the company) and the rest with the delivery of the car.
Availability
Icarian Way Rental Services SA reserves the right to change car/moto model and group in exceptional cases.

Fuel : Is paid by the renter. The car must be delivered with the tank as was at the beginning of the rental. Otherwise, renter should be charged with the cost of the missing fuel plus 10,00 Euros for refueling service charge. The renter is obliged to follow the manufacturer's instructions & always use the correct type of fuel.

Ferrying the car it is not permitted. In case that the renter fails to follow this prohibition, ICARIAN WAY will take legal actions against the renter.

"ICARIAN WAY RENTAL SERVICES SA" INSURANCE & COVERAGES

ICARIAN WAY vehicles are insured:

a) against liability to third parties (excluding driver) for death and injury up to 1.000.000 € per victim,

b) material damages to third parties (excluding the ICARIAN WAY vehicle) up to 100.000 €

c) for fire of the ICARIAN WAY vehicle 10.000 €

d) If the ICARIAN WAY vehicle is damaged or stolen by renter's culpability or negligence, the renter will be liable, up to the total car's commercial value at the time of accident or theft. 

The renter can limit his responsibility for his legal share in any damage of the vehicle (excluding the paragraph right below) by paying the amount of 10,00 € per day as a Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W.)

TYRES & CAR WINDOWS 
All car windows, tyres, interior of the car (cabin) and lower part of the car are ΝΟΤ covered by "ICARIAN WAY RENTAL SERVICES SA" insurance policy or the F.D.W. waiver and will be compensated 100% by the customer.

NATURAL CAUSES
100% insurance coverage against natural causes.

UNLIMITED MILEAGE

IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE
Replacement of car in case of damage or accident if there is availiable. In case the damage or the accident is due to renter's culpability or negligence there will be no replacement.
