The renter and all authorized drivers must hold a full, valid driver’s license, valid for at least one year, and present it along with an ID card or passport during the vehicle pick-up process. Furthermore, the following conditions apply depending on the country of issue of the driver’s license. Community Driving Licenses (EU) Valid driving licenses from all EU member states are accepted. All other diplomas. Driving licenses printed in non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, and Cyrillic) must be accompanied by a valid International Driving Permit. Driver’s license from countries outside the European Union must be supplemented by an international driver’s license. Photocopies, digital licenses, study permits and driver’s licenses with driving restrictions will not be accepted. Age Restrictions Specific regulations apply regarding the minimum age and possession of a driver’s license, which can be identified and read during the booking process depending on the reserved vehicle. Basically, the minimum age for any driver is 21 years (provided they have held a driving license for at least 1 year). Exceptions to the minimum age restriction are possible depending on the vehicle. Pricing Information General

All credit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies – such as American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club, Visa and debit cards (Visa Electron, Mastercard) are accepted as means of payment while any third party credit cards or prepaid cards are not accepted. The means of payment (card) must be issued in the name of the driver. It must be presented at the time the vehicle is collected and must be valid at that time.. Please note that credit card payments may require the use of the credit card PIN. An advance debit authorization is obtained for the selected payment method as a guarantee. The exact amount of payment is determined when you pick up the vehicle because the amount depends on the vehicle (the rent plus the amount due in case of non-exemption and amount for a full tank of fuel. Other charges are possible). Please note that we do not accept prepaid cards. In the event that the renter does not collect the vehicle on the date and time of the start of the rental without a written or telephone conversation, go2rent will cancel the reservation after 3 hours. automatically the total rental amount/price (including extras and booking charges), before the rental period. The driver and payment method are finalized at the time of booking and cannot be changed. Confirmed credit card must be valid and available for presentation at vehicle pickup/collection. All additional costs incurred during the rental of the car will be charged to the said credit card. A note for refund of the charged amount is not issued in case of non-receipt/non-receipt of the vehicle, delay in retrieving/receiving it or returning it earlier than the end of the rental period. Any amount already paid towards the rental will not be refunded. Nor will any difference amount be refunded in the event that such change results in a lower rental cost.

Cancellation
A reservation can be canceled before the start of the rental. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid in advance for the rental is non-refundable subject to a cancellation fee, which will be withheld and equal to the cost of the rental (including any extras and charges) for a maximum of 3 rental days. Cancellations can be made online online or .No Show. In the event that the reserved vehicle is not collected at the agreed time, the already paid amount of the rental (rent) is withheld in its entirety. Conditions of Protection The use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods is excluded from the protection. The same applies in case of deviation from the normal uses of the vehicle (e.g. overloading) or personal failure of the driver (e.g. consumption of alcohol and/or drugs). Any protection as part of the rental agreement will be void, in particular if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not have the required driving license at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. Damage to the underbody of the vehicle will be charged directly to the customer and is not covered by any coverage. Third Party Insurance (AT) Protective coverage for the rented vehicle includes Third Party Liability with a maximum coverage amount of 1,220,000.00 EUROS for material damage and 1,220,000.00 EUROS for bodily injuries. Insurance coverage is excluded if the vehicle is used to transport dangerous goods. Any protection as part of the hire contract will be void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver uses the vehicle, or if the driver of the vehicle does not hold the required driving license at the time of the event giving rise to a claim. Loss/Damage Waiver (LDW) Loss/Damage Waiver (including theft insurance) partially relieves drivers of the vehicle from liability in the event of damage or theft. If said insurance coverage (LDW) is accepted, the customer is solely responsible for the following amounts of 800 euros. If the LDW insurance coverage is not accepted, the customer will be responsible for the full value of the car. Top Cover LDW (BE) If the LDW cover is already included in the rental prices, the hirer can choose the Top Cover LDW in order to reduce/limit their liability in case of possible non-exemption. If the LDW Maximum Cover is accepted, the customer is solely responsible for the following amounts of €500. Super Top LDW (BF) If the LDW cover is already included in the rental prices, the renter can choose the Super Top LDW cover in order to reduce/limit their liability in case of possible non-exemption. If the LDW Ultimate Cover is accepted, the customer is solely responsible for the following amounts: 0.00 EURO. If the customer takes out basic insurance coverage, he is obliged to fully compensate for the damage he caused to the rented vehicle at prices set by go2rent in accordance with international compensation standards. Tire and glass coverage provides insurance protection for damage to tires, windshields, side windows and in the rear window (of the trunk) with a discount of EURO 0.00. If insurance coverage is not accepted, the customer will be liable for the full extent of the damage. This coverage (GT) cannot be selected for PSAR, PFMR, XFAR, XFAX, XTAR, XJAR and XSAE car category. Personal Accident Protection (PAP) By opting for personal accident protection, the protection can also be extended to cover the consequences of an accident. By choosing individual protection in the event of an accident, the limit of liability is: EURO 15,000.00 for disability, EURO 15,000.00 for death. Vehicle Interior (Living Room) Protection By choosing insurance protection for the vehicle interior, liability in the event of staining or damage to the vehicle interior (living room) can be reduced to a predetermined deductible amount. Cross-border rentals and geographic restrictions Cross-border rentals are not allowed. Movement by passenger ships between the Greek islands is  not allowed. During the stay on board, all insurance protections cease to apply, you can purchase corresponding insurance protection at the booking and sales office. In case of violation of cross-border and geographical restrictions all protections cease to apply. Additional Services Additional accessories may be reserved without obligation and subject to availability. One-way rentals (no return at pick-up point) Please contact your local rental company or our hotline. The insurance protection does not cover any costs of transporting the vehicle back inland. In case of damage or accident, the renter is responsible and obliged to arrange the transportation of the vehicle back to the company branch and bear any related costs One-way rentals (without return to the pick-up point) of motorcycles are not allowed. International one-way rentals are not permitted. In the case of unannounced and unauthorized one-way rentals (without return to pick-up point), we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. Navigation System Navigation systems are available for an extra charge. Adding a Driver An ITS FREE , whose details are noted on the rental form only if the second driver shows a valid driver’s license. Infant and child seats Infant seats, child seats and booster seats are available at an extra charge. Vehicle Refueling All vehicles are supplied with a full amount of fuel in their tank, which must be topped up before the vehicle is returned to go2rent, otherwise the current prices per liter of oil or diesel will be charged plus a refueling fee . If you wish, you will refuel the vehicle according to the current available conditions, after it returns to the station. Alternatively, you may purchase a full amount of fuel to fill the vehicle’s fuel tank at the time of reservation or at the time of rental at a competitive price with local gas stations and return the vehicle with an empty fuel tank. No refunds are provided for unused fuel. Diesel engine option On request, we will provide you with a diesel engine vehicle for a fee. No charge will be made if the diesel option is not available. This option is only available for selected vehicle groups. Drop-off and pick-up Drop-offs and pick-ups are available at the local rental station for a fee. Accident Handling Fee .An Accident Handling Fee applies if damage has been caused to the vehicle. Administration fee in the event of a fine The hirer is responsible for paying all road traffic/illegal parking fines incurred during the rental period. In the event that the tenant does not pay the fine(s) and go2rent intervenes in the process, an administrative fee will be imposed in addition to the cost of the fine. Removal of Vehicle Number Plates In the event of vehicle number plates being removed due to a traffic violation, the renter will be charged for the misdemeanor use of the vehicle. Key Loss: A key loss fee (200 euros) is imposed on the lessee of the vehicle. The loss of a key is not covered by any insurance. Vehicle Cleaning : In the event that the car requires a special cleaning process (ie to eliminate odors, animal fouling, fluid leakage, etc.) after its return a cleaning fee will be charged If you return the vehicle later without informing us , we will charge you EUR 12.40 as a flexible return service fee. This fee is charged in addition to any additional days that may arise due to an extension of the rental. Flexible Location The courts of Thessaloniki are responsible for resolving any problems, disputes or disputes regarding benefits / services that may arise. All prices include VAT (if applicable).VAT enforcement).

DATA RETENTION POLICY

As a matter of principle, these elements will be retained throughout the duration and until termination of our contract / co-operation and for the period required by law for tax purposes. So after that, we delete them. We will exceptionally continue to process personal data after this termination. In particular:
