1. All reservations are made by category and not specific model.
2. For categories A,B,C,C1 C,D minimum age limit is twenty-three (23) years, maximum age limit is seventy (70) years.
3. It is required to present a valid driving licence issued at least one (1) year before.
Citizens of non-EU countries are required to carry an international passport along with their national passport.
4. Summonses and fines and administrative penalties resulting from the fault of the driver are fully borne by the lessee.
5. The lessee/renter is prohibited from assigning the vehicle to a person not listed in the lease contract.
IF THIS HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT THE RESPONSIBILITY (AND THE COST OF THE DAMAGE) SHALL BE SOLELY ON THE LESSEE.
PAYMENT,
DEPOSIT FOR GUARANTEE: For rentals , upon pick up of the vehicle, our company will preauthorize an amount from the driver's credit/debit card as a deposit for guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise.

6. The cancellation of the reservation must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the rental of the vehicle. The charges for reservation cancellations are:.
• In the event of a cancellation notice received by the COMPANY in less than seventy-two (72) hours, ½ of the reservation amount is refunded.
• No refund is given if the reservation is canceled within twenty-four (24) hours or less of the scheduled start of the vehicle rental.
7. Deliveries - pickups outside business hours upon consultation and an additional charge of 10 Euros each time.
8. Cars are delivered and picked up free of charge every day from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00. There is no charge for deliveries - pickups within the city (Chalkida). (Train Station - Port Bus station)
9. Deliveries and pickups outside our city-office, at the customer's request, with an additional charge.
10, Deliveries - pickups at El Venizelos Airport can be arranged
11. 2nd driver is provided free of charge, 3rd additional driver is charged €2 per day.
12. The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle with the exact amount of fuel received. In case of delivery of the vehicle with less fuel than the quantity received, the lessee shall bear the difference. No refund is given if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than it was received. Vehicles are delivered with a minimum of ¼ fuel.
Daily reservation is defined as 24-hour reservation. A reservation of less duration is considered daily.
One rental day is calculated as 24 hours and 29 minutes. If the rental exceeds this period, then an additional rental day will be charged.
Kilometers:
Free kilometers are provided for rentals longer than 1 day. For rentals lasting 1 day (24 hours), the prices include a 250 km/day restriction. Otherwise, every additional kilometer over 250 km/day will be charged to the customer when returning the vehicle with the amount of 0.15 euros (VAT included) per kilometer.
13.There are installed GPS in the cars for safety reasons.
14. In case of an accident, the lessee must inform the company as well as the police and provide the company with the police accident report. If the lessee does not follow the company's instructions, the cost of the damage is borne solely by him. In case of fault, the lessee is charged the sum of fifty (50) euros for file management costs.
15. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW-SCDW) iThe renter's liability can be reduced,under the codition that the GreekTraffic law is not violated to a charge of 350 euros to 750 euros
The renter may limit the exemption amount upon agreement.
THEFT COVERAGE (TP): The cars have Total and partial theft coverage. In case of theft, the tenant is obliged to contact the company and follow the terms of the insurance policy.
The incident should be reported immediately to the Insurance company and a lawsuit should be filed. Theft that has not been reported to the competent Police Authority and for which a lawsuit has not been filed is not covered. It is noted that the plaintiff has no right to withdraw the lawsuit, even after payment of the insurance, otherwise he is obliged to restore any damage that may occur to the Company.
BROKEN CRYSTAL no charge for the renter, provided that the restoration of crystal damage is carried out at one of the vehicle repair shops cooperating with the Company.
Ask to be informed about the terms and conditions of the insurance policy!!!!!!
16. Driving in accordance with the Greek traffic law. is a necessary condition.
17. Damage to tires, damage to the bottom of the car and theft of personal items are not covered by any insurance.
18. Vehicles are covered 24 hours by roadside assistance
19. In long-term rentals, the rental is renewed monthly.
20. Personal driver upon request.
22. Children's seats, after reservation - charge 3.5 euros per day.
23. Snow chains upon reservation – charge 3.5 euros per day.
24. The company reserves the right to use the lessee's details (telephone, email) only for its own use (updating offers, questionnaires, etc.) if the lessee so wishes and is prohibited from providing them to any other company of any kind for any other use.
25. The rental prices are adjusted according to the duration of the reservation and depending on the time periods [ tourist season is defined as the period between the months of May – October ]
