The minimum age of the driver is 21 years. Drivers under 21 years of age may in some cases be able to rent a car for an additional €10 per day on top of the official price list. The maximum age of the driver is 80 years.
Driving License
The driver's license must have been issued at least 1 year ago. If the driver comes from a country outside the European Union, an international driving license is required.
Payment Methods
The estimated rental fee is paid in advance upon delivery of the car either in cash or with Visa, Euro and Master Card.
Vehicle Use
Regular vehicles, except jeeps, are prohibited from driving on unpaved roads. In case of violation of this condition, the customer is responsible for repairing any damage found on the underside of the vehicle, its wheels and tires, plus the cost of replacing any filters and special cleaning.
Car Delivery
When delivering the car, the renter must ensure that any damage or deficiencies of the car are detailed in the rental contract. Upon return, he will be solely responsible for any damage or deficiencies not recorded in the rental contract.
Car Return
The car is returned to the office from which it was collected unless the rental contract states another return location. In the event that the renter is late in returning the car, an additional day will be charged. In case you wish to return the car to another station, please inform us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply. The renter will be charged €30 for cleaning the car if it is excessively (unusually) dirty upon return.
Early return
The rental period begins and ends according to the detailed dates and times of delivery and collection indicated in the contract, the price of which will be confirmed at the time of booking and is calculated based on the 24-hour meter. Unfortunately, no refunds are made in case of late collection, early return or unused days.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your reservation you must send a cancellation notification email.
If we receive your cancellation notification 5 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date and time, then there is no cancellation fee.
If we receive your cancellation notification 24 hours to 3 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date and time, then the cancellation fee is equal to one day's rental.
If we receive your cancellation notification up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up date and time, or if you do not pick up the vehicle, then there will be no refund.
Vehicle breakdown
In case of breakdown or technical problem, please call the 24-hour support line. We will send a mechanic to assess the problem as soon as possible. If the damage cannot be dealt with immediately, we will replace the vehicle for you. If we determine that the technical issue resulted from misuse or non-compliance with the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to repossess the vehicle without replacement.
Fuel
The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered as stated in the contract. No refunds will be given for excess fuel in the tank.
. GUARANTEE.
For rentals, upon receipt of the car, a guarantee amount of €150 - €400 will be reserved depending on the car category on the credit/debit card or Cash or €1000 of the insurance waiver included in the rental and as defined "LIABILITY WAIVER (CDW - SCDW)" per car category. The guarantee amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental, provided that no other charges arise (Damage to the car). The release of the amount may take up to 14 days depending on the card issuing bank.
Vehicle Categories
Each car category consists of different models with similar features. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact make, model or color you have requested, however we guarantee that you will receive a car of the category you booked or if there is no availability in the selected category, a larger one.
Traffic Violations
All fines and consequences from traffic violations are the responsibility of the renter.
Pet Policy
Upon request, we allow you to transport your pet in the rental vehicle at no additional charge, provided that your pet is kept in a cage or special box at all times. For hygiene reasons, the vehicle must be returned in its original condition and in case biological cleaning is required, the renter will be charged €75
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the rental vehicle. In case of violation, the renter will be charged €80.
Keys
Keys and locks are not covered by the combined insurance (FDW & WUG). The renter is responsible for the cost of replacing and repairing the keys and the lock. There is also a charging policy for recovering keys locked inside the vehicle
Rentals outside the borders
Taking the vehicle to the islands via ferry is not permitted under our rental policy
Rentals for trips outside the Greek borders are not possible.

Snow chains are provided upon request.
In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately:
notify Enearentacar immediately
not acknowledge any fault or guilt and claims of third parties in any way, direct or indirect.
notify the nearest traffic police.
obtain the names, addresses and telephone numbers of those involved in the accident.
not move the car before the traffic police and the insurance company representative arrive at the scene of the accident.
