    1. Driver’s Age Requirements
    • Minimum Age: 23 years old | Maximum Age: 75 years old.
    • No additional "young driver" fees apply.
     
    2. Driver’s License & Identification
    • Validity: Drivers must hold a valid license for at least one (1) year.
    • Accepted Licenses: National licenses from EU, Norway, Switzerland, UK, Israel, USA, Canada, Russia, and Australia (using Latin characters).
    • Other Countries: An International Driving Permit (IDP) is mandatory along with the national license and passport.
     
    3. Payments & Security
    • No Deposit: No credit card or cash deposit is required for the rental.
    • Payment: Cash or Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.) upon delivery.
    • Online Safety: Secure payments via Alpha Bank's TLS 1.2 encrypted platform.
     
    4. Insurance & Coverages (Full Damage Waiver - FDW)
    We provide 100% Full Comprehensive Insurance with Zero Excess (No Self-Risk), including:
    • Personal Damages & Third-Party Liability.
    • Fire, Theft & Natural Causes.
    • Tyres, Glass & Underside: Full coverage for wheels, windows, and the car's bottom.
     
    5. Insurance Exclusions & Fines
    The insurance is void, and the renter is fully liable if:
    • Smoking: Strictly forbidden. A €80 cleaning fee will be charged if the car is returned with evidence of smoking.
    • Wrong Fuel: The renter is responsible for refilling with the correct fuel. In case of a mistake, the renter must pay for all repair and towing costs.
    • Keys: Loss or damage of the key is not covered (renter pays full replacement cost).
    • Interior: Damages or extreme dirt in the cabin are not covered.
    • Off-Road: Driving on unpaved/dirt roads is strictly prohibited.
    • Traffic Violations: The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and must follow the law.
     
    6. Fuel & Usage Policy
    • Return Policy: The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as received.
    • Overfueling: In case the car is returned with more fuel than received, no refunds will be provided for the extra fuel.
    • Ferrying: Transporting the car outside of Rhodes island is not permitted.
    • Pets: No pets allowed inside the car.

    Efrem Rent a Car – Terms & Conditions
     
    1. Driver’s Age Requirements
    • Minimum Age: 23 years old | Maximum Age: 75 years old.
    • No additional "young driver" fees apply.
     
    2. Driver’s License & Identification
    • Validity: Drivers must hold a valid license for at least one (1) year.
    • Accepted Licenses: National licenses from EU, Norway, Switzerland, UK, Israel, USA, Canada, Russia, and Australia (using Latin characters).
    • Other Countries: An International Driving Permit (IDP) is mandatory along with the national license and passport.
     
    3. Payments & Security
    • No Hidden Costs: The price you are quoted is the final price. There are no hidden fees or extra charges upon arrival.
    • No Deposit: No credit card or cash deposit is required for the rental.
    • Payment: Cash or Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.) upon delivery.
    • Online Safety: Secure payments via Alpha Bank's TLS 1.2 encrypted platform.
     
    4. Insurance & Coverages (Full Damage Waiver - FDW)
    We provide 100% Full Comprehensive Insurance with Zero Excess (No Self-Risk), including:
    • Personal Damages & Third-Party Liability.
    • Fire, Theft & Natural Causes.
    • Tyres, Glass & Underside: Full coverage for wheels, windows, and the car's bottom.
     
    5. Insurance Exclusions & Fines
    The insurance is void, and the renter is fully liable if:
    • Smoking: Strictly forbidden. A €80 cleaning fee will be charged if the car is returned with evidence of smoking.
    • Wrong Fuel: The renter is responsible for refilling with the correct fuel. In case of a mistake, the renter must pay for all repair and towing costs.
    • Keys: Loss or damage of the key is not covered (renter pays full replacement cost).
    • Interior: Damages or extreme dirt in the cabin are not covered.
    • Off-Road: Driving on unpaved/dirt roads is strictly prohibited.
    • Traffic Violations: The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and must follow the law.
     
    6. Fuel & Usage Policy
    • Return Policy: The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as received.
    • Overfueling: In case the car is returned with more fuel than received, no refunds will be provided for the extra fuel.
    • Ferrying: Transporting the car outside of Rhodes island is not permitted.
    • Pets: No pets allowed inside the car.
     
    7. Services & Additional Charges
    • Mileage: Unlimited mileage across Rhodes.
    • Baby Seats: Standard seats are Free. | Premium ISOFIX seats: €10 per day.
    • Additional Drivers: 2nd driver is Free. | 3rd driver: €3 per day.
    • Delivery & Collection:
      • Free within 20km from Rhodes City.
      • Outside 20km Zone: €20 extra flat fee.
      • Night Delivery (22:00 – 07:00): €20 extra night fee applies.
    • Breakdown: Immediate vehicle replacement in case of mechanical failure.
     
    8. Cancellations

    We have a Easy and Secure Online Reservation System that the customer can Book his Car Online.
    The customer can pay with Credit Card or Cash on delivery with the delivery of the car.

    PERSONAL DAMAGES
    100% insurance against personal damages - at no extra cost . ( Full comprehensive insurance without selfrisk F.D.W). Insurance for the driver and the passengers, according to the international incrance laws. Death and body injuries also of persons not riding in or upon the car.

    MATERIAL DAMAGES
    Material damages inficted on property which is not stored in or upon the car, are covered by the insurance.

    FIRE & THEFT
    100% insurance against fire and theft.

    TYRES & CAR WINDOWS
    Insurance against damages on all car windows, tyres and lower part of the car are covered by EFREM RENT A CAR.

    NATURAL CAUSES
    100% insurance against natural causes.

    In case of accident or any damage of the car the driver must immediatly contact the rental company and follow the requested instructions.

    The insurance does not cover in case the driver is driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving off road and no driving according to the law and traffic rules.

    No hidden costs or extra charges.

    No deposit or credit card needed for the rental.

    Unlimited mileage.

    Delivery and Collection : until 20Km From Rhodes City is Free of Charge.
