    Drivers age
    Minimum 23 years old .

    Drivers licence
    A valid EU driving licence held at least one year is required

    Payments
    In cash or via credit card.
    Online Reservations
    We have a Easy and Secure Online Reservation System that the customer can Book his Car Online.
    The customer can pay with Credit Card or Cash on delivery with the delivery of the car.

    Online booking system
    All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi e-Commerce" and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).


    Payment options:
    - Through credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover cards
    - Uusing the Masterpass electronic wallet.

    Extending/Cancelling

    30% deposit and 21 days before arrival refund of the deposit.
    We strongly suggest all drivers to notify our office at least 5 days ahead of the current rental start/end date, for their intent to cease the agreement, so that we may inform you of any potential surcharges that may be incurred.

    Availability
    Drive+Ride rent car reserves the right to change car model in exceptional cases.

    Fuel : Is paid by the renter.

    Ferrying the car it is not permitted.

    PERSONAL DAMAGES
    100% insurance against personal damages - at no extra cost . ( Full comprehensive insurance without selfrisk F.D.W). Insurance for the driver and the passengers, according to the international incrance laws. Death and body injuries also of persons not riding in or upon the car.

    MATERIAL DAMAGES
    Material damages inficted on property which is not stored in or upon the car, are cover by the company.

    FIRE & THEFT
    100% insurance against fire and theft.

    TYRES & CAR WINDOWS
    Insurance against damages on all car windows, tyres and lower part of the car are not covered.

    NO HIDDEN COSTS OR EXTRA CHARGES

    IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE

    Minimum rental time: 24 hours.
    Fines: Administrative violations and fines are borne by the lessee, as long as they are at fault.
    Insurance terms : Rental rates include following coverage for all authorized drivers: A) Third party bodily injuries up to 1.000.000,00€ , B) Third party damages to the property up to 1.000.000,00€,  Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Upon agreement an additional extra-insurance can be provided and indicated on the contract. Regardless of whether CDW has been chosen or not, the hirer is liable for all damage caused to the underside of the car or to the wheels and tires, and the loss of the key.
    As long as there is no violation of the Code of Conduct, the renter's liability for damage to the rental vehicle is limited to €500. Damage to tires, undercarriage and glass breakage are not included in the insurance.
    Ferrying the car
    It is not permitted.
    Gasoline Charges
    Paid by the renter. Pick up and return with the same level of fuel

    The minimum age limit is 18 years.
    It is forbidden to rent bicycles from people under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    Customers must be knowledgeable about the use of bicycles unless there is a medical instruction / indication not to use them.
    They are also responsible for the use of accessories and safety measures.
    Passengers may not exceed the permitted number of persons such  as specified by the manufacturer.
    The tenant is obliged to use the lease wisely, to observe the rules of public safety, the provisions for safe driving and the Code of Civil Procedure.
    It is forbidden to use the bicycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    The company reserves the right to refuse to rent any bicycle to people who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
    The company bears no responsibility for any accidents, injuries to passengers and third parties that come from the bad behavior or driving of the renter, as well as for damage or damage to foreign property that will occur during the rental period. The lessee driver is solely responsible.
    The renter undertakes to return the bicycle on the predetermined delivery dates. In case of non-return, there is a corresponding charge.
    The renter declares that before each rental he examines the bicycle and its operation and finds that it is to his absolute liking and receives it in excellent condition in terms of construction and operation. It does not proceed with a lease if there is a defect in the lease - bicycle. The collection of the respective bicycle also implies the above declaration - acceptance of all the above.
    In case of loss of the bicycle, the lessor has the right to charge a credit or debit card in the amount of 500 euros. Any damage that occurs during the rental has the corresponding charge.
